NCF 2023
The National Curriculum Framework for School Education, 2023, which guides new textbooks and subject structures.
NCF 2023 follows the National Education Policy 2020. It proposes more flexibility in subject choice, two levels in some subjects, and revised NCERT textbooks that are being introduced year by year.
Class 11 subject rules have stayed broadly the same so far, but textbooks and assessment are changing, so students entering Class 11 should expect new editions.
